Incredibly helpful employees at my request to make a reserve for me in the spa. Ideal and peaceful location in Washington, right by Washington Mall and Monuments, all other areas, and important museums such as the National Museum of African American History.

The staff were polite and exceptional. The rooms were updated and extremely spacious on the 11th and 12th floors. The location was stunning, with an official residence within walking distance of the hotel. In general, I had a really great stay for the holidays at JW Marriott Washington, DC.

The location of the hotel was fantastic! It was within walking distance to all the major attractions like the White House, Washington Monument, and museums. The convenience of being able to explore the city on foot was a huge plus. the room was well appointed and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was super comfortable and the room was spotlessly clean.

There were a few things that we didn't particularly like about the hotel. the window in our room was quite strange and made it difficult to control the light and movement.

Booked a room with breakfast included; the location was comfortable and great, close to Freedom Plaza, the staff were friendly and efficient throughout our stay.

Delicious breakfast, nicely furnished rooms and comfy beds. Magnificent and perfect location with private parking if needed and close to White House, Lincoln Memorial, Washington monument, World War II Memorial, Korean War Memorial-many museums and the Mayflower and the JW Marriott stay at the Mayflower.

Central spot near all the museums and monuments. The garden with a fountain could be a cool hangout spot, even though the fountain wasn't working properly. 🌿

Our room had a beautiful view of Freedom Plaza with the Washington Monument in clear sight. The location was perfect for walking to all the attractions. The staff was friendly and the hotel was clean. we had a great stay.
